This Week’s Memory Verse
I tell you, whoever publicly acknowledges Me before others, the Son of Man will also acknowledge before the angels of God. ~Luke 12:8
As We Gather
The book of Revelation contains powerful visions of hope. This Word of God was given to a Church facing hardship, opposition, and persecution. But it held out this message: God wins, therefore we have hope. Our worship series this Easter season focuses on four images from the book of Revelation. These four depictions of Christian hope are given to us to direct our thoughts and hearts to the strength, comfort, and peace that are ours through our victorious Lord Jesus.
On Sunday, the vision we see the throne room of God where the coronation and enthronement of the Lamb of God takes place upon the completion of His work of salvation. He is King of kings and Lord of lords. The celebration began in heaven when Christ ascended into heaven and continues for all eternity. Worthy is the Lamb!
