This Week’s Memory Verse
So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. ~1 Corinthians 10:31
As We Gather
In Sunday’s reading from 1 Corinthians the Apostle Paul gives rules on head coverings in worship. Or does he? Paul does address a concern regarding worship in Corinth, but rather than giving a concrete rule about specific practices, he instructs men and women to worship in a way that gives glory by reflecting God’s design. In creation there are role differences and in redemption there is equality and unity between men and women. How are we to reflect this in our worship today?
