As We Gather
Christian hope is not wishful thinking. Rather, it rests on the character of God, who cannot lie. Far from being uncertain, Christian hope is an anchor for our souls in troubling times.
Live-stream and in-person worship begin at 9:30 AM. Please CLICK HERE to download the link to the live-stream itself.
We will be streaming on our Facebook Page as well: CLICK HERE .
Holy Communion will be celebrated on September 25th.
Sunday Bible Classes
Foundations: Basic Christian Teachings
Pastor Mike is leading a nine-session overview of the basic teachings of the Christian Faith on Sundays at 11:00 in Room 10. This class is an opportunity to grow in understanding what it means to follow Jesus, and to learn about what it means to be part of our faith community.
This week’s session, “Humanity,” will focus on the creation of humanity in the image of God, as well as the fall of humanity into sin. What does it mean that we are both beautiful and broken? We look at the biblical basis for this teaching, as well as how it addresses the issues of race, gender, marriage, sexuality and more.

Romans
Joel Wahlers is leading a study of the book of Romans on Sundays at 11:00 in Room 8. Paul’s letter to the Romans is considered by many to be one of the most important books ever written on the Christian faith. Writing to Christians, the apostle Paul defines the Gospel, explores its depths, and discusses its significance and implications for the Christian life. This class makes use of Right Now Video teaching by J.D. Greear.
Women’s Bible Study
The Women’s Bible study will next meet on October 4 at 10:00 AM in Room 10. All are invited!
