Trinity Sunday
“Maker of Heaven and Earth”
June 4, 2023
Please CLICK HERE to download the service notes.
As We Gather We confess faith in a Triune God who made all things. In the Creeds, creation is attributed to the Father, but the scriptures also point out, regarding the Son, that “through Him all things were made and without Him nothing was made that has been made” (John 1:3). In addition, the opening verses of the Bible point out that the Spirit was present as well, that “the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters” (Genesis 1:2). But what difference does it make that we confess God as creator of all things? Today, on Trinity Sunday, we celebrate our Triune God as creator as we take a look at the blessings of the first creation as we anticipate the gift of the new creation. We will be celebrating Holy Communion at this service. We will be streaming on our Facebook Page as well: CLICK HERE .
Live-stream and in-person worship begin at 9:30 AM. Please CLICK HERE to download the link to the live-stream itself.
