This Week’s Memory Verse
And this is love: that we walk in obedience to His commands. As you have heard from the beginning, His command is that you walk in love. ~2 John 6
As We Gather
Our worship series in April will focus on the four little books of the New Testament. Although these four books are rather brief, each one only one chapter, they are loaded with rich biblical teaching pointing to our Savior and what it means to follow Him.
The church’s mission is bigger than our congregation and our lives, so we rightly support missionaries and church workers in many places with our prayers and gifts. John speaks of the importance of supporting such work, and speaks against an agitator in the church whose malicious gossip was impeding the work of the kingdom.
First Reading Isaiah 52:7-10
Psalm: Psalm 133
Second Reading 3 John 1-14
Gospel Matthew 10:40-42

- Women’s Bible Study Please join us for a weekly Bible study on 1 John on Thursdays from 1 – 2:30 PM, in the sanctuary. All women are invited to this new ministry. Invite a friend! Bring your Bible or use one from the church. Notebooks and paper will be supplied. Refreshments will be served. Childcare is available with advance notice. Please RSVP to Teresa, Judi, or Pam (via text, phone, or email) so that we know how many chairs to set up. We hope to see you there!
