This Week’s Memory Verse
When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.” ~1 Corinthians 15:54
This Sunday: “But Christ has indeed been raised,” Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 15:20, and that changes everything. We are people of the resurrection, called to live as Easter people. 1 Corinthians 15 is sometimes called “The Resurrection Chapter” because it is the most full and direct explanation of what the resurrection means for us today. Our worship series in April will delve into 1 Corinthians 15 as we explore what it means to live as Easter people.
On Sunday, we look at the conclusion of Paul’s resurrection presentation. How then do we live? What is the sum of the matter? Paul calls the Corinthians to stand firm and to give themselves fully to the work of the Lord. That call is for us today as well.

Please pray for God’s provision of the resources for the ministry to which He calls us. Pray for wisdom of our church leaders and Board of Directors as they make decisions for this year and next year. And pray for God’s leadership in each of our lives, that we hear His voice, as He calls us to partner with Him through our offerings.
