This Week’s Memory Verse
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose. ~Romans 8:28
As We Gather
What is the value of a human life? What is the value of your life? Does it depend on how old or young you are? How productive you are? How healthy you are? How good you are? A central teaching of our Christian faith is that all humans are made in the image of God. This defines the holiness and sanctity of every life, no matter what. And as if that doesn’t define it clearly enough, God became a human being, conceived within Mary, thereby showing what God thinks of the value of the smallest human life. What does this mean for us today?
